Mr.G.Bala Reddy is the Chairman and Managing Director of the company. He is a postgraduate in Social Sciences. A techno-savvy first generation entrepreneur with a great vision, he was instrumental in turning around a sick entity to a profitable corporate. Mr. Reddy was chosen to spearhead ICSA in 1998 and ever since, he has not only lent sound direction to the company, but also has taken the challenging responsibility of ensuring continuous growth to it. Under his able and dynamic leadership, ICSA has made enormous progress and has metamorphosed into a flourishing and vibrant company. It is Mr. Reddy’s acumen that has made ICSA expand the use of technology in the sectors such as oil, gas, mining, irrigation, transport and water utilities
Mr. P. Kodanda Ramaiah, F.I.E., is the Director (Technical) of the company. He is a graduate engineer in Electrical discipline from REC (present NIT), Warangal. He worked in AP State Electricity Board for more than 34 years at various levels, his last position being Chief General Manager (Chief Engineer) in Central Power Distribution Company Limited, Hyderabad. He is associated with a consultancy firm at New Delhi and was consultant to CORE International, Washington. He is also a visiting faculty to various institutions like CIRE, ESCI, CTI, NPC, NTPC and TERI.

Mr. S. S. Dua is a technocrat with more than 40 years of rich experience in Power Sector. He was the former acting CMD of BSES Limited (presently known as RELIANCE ENERGY LIMITED). He was also associated with NTPC, where he held various positions from General Manager to Director (Operations).
Mr.Y.V.Ramana Reddy, Director of the Company is a technocrat having more than 15 years rich experience in Designing, Erection and commissioning of electrical transformers of various capacities. His commitment towards meeting the targets without loss in quality standards has made young company get noticed and get the orders in multifold.
Mr.V.Shyam
Sunder Reddy has excellent academic record with a high level proficiency and Legal acumen. He has more than 18 years of rich experience in the field of civil construction in India.
Dr. Carlos Moslares holds a Ph.D in Economics, USA and a Master's degree in Economics, USA. He has extensive academics and industry experience in the field of Finance. He is currently a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Finance and Economics, University of Ramon Llull, Barcelona, Spain. Prior to joining ICSA, he served as Financial and Accounting Consultant at Cheminova America, USA and Nexus-Forum, USA. He also served as Educational Consultant to various European countries and is a visiting Professor for various universities abroad.
