Mr. T.V. Ramana is the Resident Advisor of the company and is responsible for developing new business opportunities, strategic planning and public relations. He is also on the board of ICSA International Pte, Singapore, a 100% subsidiary company of ICSA (India) Ltd and an alternate Director on the Board of Global Digital SDN BHD, Malaysia, a joint venture company of ICSA (India) Ltd.
He has more than three decades of experience in the field of public relations and business development. Initially he worked in the Birla Group of companies and later moved to Escorts Ltd and in its group companies. He was also associated with Rolls Royce and Agip Petroleum, Italy. He is graduated in Economics from Delhi University.
Mr. Ramana has served as Honorary Head of Economic & Protocol matters of the Consulate of the Republic of Gabon in New Delhi. He is widely traveled and has attended several conferences/concaves organized by CII/FICCI etc.

| Mr.Mahendra Kala joined as resident advisor for projects in September 2008. Since then the company has spiraled its Infra Structure activities. Mr. Mahendra Kala is having a very wide experience of managing large Infra Structure projects as per defined time line. He has been managing a variety of projects in different corners of the country for past 30 years. |

| Mr . N.K.Chaturvedi - CEO - Technology - An electrical engineering graduate from Bengal Engineering College (Shibpur), Calcutta University and postgraduate in Management - Sales & Mktg, Mr. Chaturvedi has got 28 years vast experience in Electrical & Electronics fields. Starting career as an R&D engr at ABB Ltd. he moved on to take up multi-functional responsibilities with other multinational organisations including Voltas Ltd (a TATA Group), Inducotherm (India) Ltd. (having 100% US equity), Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd. - as General Manager, Angelique Intl Ltd. and lately with C&S Protection & Control Ltd. as CEO. For promoting sale of Indian products overseas and executing turnkey projects in electrical power sector he has travelled extensively in US, European and South Asian countries. Believing in the principles of ‘Win-to-Win Situation for All' and ‘Doing Right thing at Right time', he has a strong passion for quality and perfection. Mr. Chaturvedi is a ‘Fellow' & ‘Chartered Engineer' of Institution of Engineers, India. For past many years he has been associated with major industry bodies like CII, AIIFA, FICCI, IEEMA, CBIP and others as an active member. |
| Mr. Mohd Abdul Rub - CEO - INFRA is an Engineer and having 20 years of rich experience in deployment of Telecom & Power projects, in India and overseas, worked abroad 11years and working in India since 9 years.At Overseas he was associated with Nesco for the deployment of Projects for Ministry of PTT, AT&T & Lucent Technologies. In India he was associated with TATA Lucent Technologies & Lucent Technologies as a GM, ICOMM Tele Ltd as a Sr VP, C&C Construction as a Executive Director and BS TransComm Ltd as a Chief Operating Officer and deployed successfully several Projects all over India for TATA Tele services, Hughes Telecom, Reliance, MTNL, BSNL, & for Telecom Giants. He has also deployed Power transmission and distribution projects for PGCIL & SEB’s. During his period of 20 years of service he has Received many appreciation & Awards. Some of them are: Award of “Thanks & Appreciation” Ministry of KSA; Appreciation from AT&T & Ministry of PTT Alhassa District for the good work; Applause awards from Nesco Telephones KSA and an award from Lucent Technologies. |
Mr. Pervez Younus – EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT – SCADA is a Graduate in Engineering – a product of IIT, Kharagpur with a couple of years lesser than 4 decades of experience in Automation. Feathers in his cap include his association with prestigious organizations like Bells Controls – Foxbro/Invensys – Yokoigawa Blue Star – Nelco Limited – and a TATA company in the field of process management and control systems and Scada /DMS Systems for transmission and distribution. His rich experience spread over varied fields – for instance he served Yokogawa Blue Star as Vice-President and the functional key areas therein include Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Project Management and Execution and services as well. His association with Industrial Systems group as Vice-President and as the Head of Engineering Network Management Systems in Nelco Ltd., - his involvement and association with major prestigious projects such as power grid south EMS systems and Scada/DMS for Jaipur city are some of the shining stars in his impeccable career graph.
His unparallel domain expertise in Distributed Control Systems, Scada/DMS Systems in Transmission & Distribution – Introduction of new technology in the Indian Market such as Foxbro Intelligent Automation Systems, Yokogawa Centium CS Systems, Scada/DMS with OSI Technology and Dongfong Solutions and products in the power domain – have undoubtedly and rightfully as well have earned him NAME and FAME.

| Mr. Joe Basker – COO – Technology - is an Electrical & Electronics Engineering Graduate from Annamalai University and possesses a Master’s Degree in Engineering Business Management from University of Warwick, UK. His excellent academic record also includes Postgraduate diplomas in Marketing management, Personnel Management and a Diploma in Management Law. He has a rich experience of 23+ years in various functional areas such as R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Project Management and Strategy. He was the Head of Cooper Power Systems, India for 2 years. Prior to that he had a long stint of 21+ years with Areva T&D (erstwhile English Electric, GEC Alsthom, Alstom) and he was heading the ‘Strategy & Marketing’ responsibility for the entire India region. He is well known for his domain expertise in Transmission & Distribution, market knowledge and management skills. |
| Mr. V. Ravi Jatavallabha – Head –Corporate Strategy & Planning - comes with 12 years of experience in handling Finance & Strategy. During his career he handled assignments in various areas like Corporate Strategy and Planning, Venture Capital, Private equity, Investment advisory in sectors like Technology, Agrochemicals, Infrastructure and Telecom in India, Manila, Singapore and Dubai. He co-founded and managed a telecom technology start-up for 4 years before joining ICSA. He has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. |
| Mr.L.S.Karindikar – CTO Masters in Engineering – Specialization in Allied Electronics and Servomechanisms. An individual with around 4 decades of wide exposure in Academic and Corporate fields. Started his career as Asst.Divisonal Engineer in M/S.Bharat Alluminium Co, Korba and held varied positions in several multinational organizations. To name a few – AVK-SEG & Controls, Universal Electric Systems & Devices, Meltek Electronics, C&S Electric Limited are some of the prestigious organizations he served.
His stint in academic front is equally excellent. – A member of Board of studies in several universities – Principal of an Engineering College.
His Extra Professional activities include – A member and an Industry Expert of the Foundation for Innovation & Technology Transfer (FITT) of the reputed Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi – And an Industry Expert for Evaluation of Projects under the auspices of Ministry of Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India as well.
His sheer raw expertise and rich experience are invaluable assets to the organization.

| Mr. G.Vinaya Kumar - CTA is a graduate Engineer in Electrical discipline from Andhra University, Visakapatnam. He worked in AP State Electricity Board for more than 40 years at various levels, his last position being Director-Operations in Central Power Distribution Company, Hyderabad which handled 50 lakh consumers with annual turnover of more than 4000 crores. He is an expert in metering, billing and revenue matters. Extensively toured in and outside the country, he is popularly referred as “Father of Energy Audit” as he was responsible in bringing energy audit to its present status of functionality. He worked in APGENCO as Officer on special duty (Commercial & IT). He is also a visiting faculty to several institutions like ESCI, ASCI, and CTI CPTI etc. |
| Mr.G.Satyanarayana -GM- Project Monitoring - Graduation in Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, A.P. in the year 1966.Joined in Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board in 7/1966 as a junior Engineer Electrical and retired as Superintending Engineer (Electrical) in 4/2008.Worked in Operation and maintenance of distribution system for 8 years as junior Engineer,2 years as Assistant Divisional Engineer and 6 years as Divisional Engineer. Worked in Switchgear erection division of Vijayawada Thermal Power station in 1st stage (2*210MW) for 6 years. Worked as Superintending Engineer (Detection of Pilferage of Energy) for 11/2 years. Worked as Superintending Engineer Operation System in Krishna District and retired. Worked as consultant (Thermal) in A.P.Power Generation Corporation Ltd (APGENCO) for 4 years for monitoring of Operation & Maintenance of Thermal Power Projects in A.P.State after retirement Superintending Engineer. |

He has 20 years experience in the field of Electrical Distribution system, Sub-stations and Transmission lines upto 400KV level in India & abroad. He is well versed with systems in execution of electrical transmission and distribution projects including business development, planning & procurement, prior to this he has worked in Techno Electrical Engineering Co. Ltd, Kolkata. |
| Mr.Ravindranath Reddy – Vice President-Finance and Accounts - A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of rich and extensive experience, across diverse industries, encompassing all aspects of Finance, Accounts & Corporate planning. He has worked in major Corporate like, GTN Textiles, Hyderabad Allwyn, Krebs Bio chemicals and TMI Network. A strategic planner and keen analyst with ability in improving operations and enhancing business growth through achievements in finance management and internal controls. |
| Mr. N.V.R. Srinivas - AGM - Production - is a B.Tech (Electronics & Communication) with two and half decades of f experience in electrical and instrumentation fields at senior levels such as Deputy General Manager. He is involved for the production, testing, engineering and quality assurance. He handled various projects as process control and automation in charge from concepts to commissioning. He is having good exposure to various quality systems and acted as management representative and environmental management representative and instrumental in implementing quality systems in his previous systems. |
| Mr.K.Srinivasa
Rao - GM HR -Technology, Prior to joining ICSA in 2007, he was with organizations like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd, Widia (India) Limited, (Present, Sandvik Asia Limited) and VBC Ferro alloys Ltd where he made key contributions to many HR and OD interventions. He has handled all areas in HR, and has a special interest in Strategic Human Resource management. And Leadership Capability Development. During his time KSRAO handled the entire gamut of HR & IR responsibilities while with the Dr.Reddy’s, Widia and VBC Ferro alloys. KSRAO is Postgraduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Andhra University. A recipient of Gold medal for his academic excellence in Postgraduation. |
Mr.S.V.Raju - GM, HR – INFRA. He is a Commerce Graduate with a bachelors in Laws and PG diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations – with around 3 decades of wide exposure and rich experience in the field of Human Resources Management – Industrial Relations and Administration as well.
His ingenuity and tact in dealing and negotiating with the Trade Unions – Wage Agreements – Standing Orders Preparation – Conducting Disciplinary Proceedings - Redressal of Grievances Legal representation - earned him the reputation as a HR expert.
His ruthless professionalism in - Recruitment – Training – Career Planning - Appraising the performances – Fixing compensation and benefits – Performance improvement and Retention of employees – were duly recognized by the Industry by making him a Member of National HRD, Hyderabad.

| Mr.K.Arun Kumar – AGM (Company Secretary & Legal) is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi with 6 Years of post qualification experience. He was earlier associated with Companies like Bakelite Hylam Limited, VBC Ferro Alloys Limited, National Standard (India) Limited & Avineon India whereat he was actively involved in Secretarial & Legal functions. At ICSA he is currently handling the Secretarial & Legal functions. |
