Mr. T.V. Ramana is the Resident Advisor of the company and is responsible for developing new business opportunities, strategic planning and public relations. He is also on the board of ICSA International Pte, Singapore, a 100% subsidiary company of ICSA (India) Ltd and an alternate Director on the Board of Global Digital SDN BHD, Malaysia, a joint venture company of ICSA (India) Ltd.
He has more than three decades of experience in the field of public relations and business development. Initially he worked in the Birla Group of companies and later moved to Escorts Ltd and in its group companies. He was also associated with Rolls Royce and Agip Petroleum, Italy. He is graduated in Economics from Delhi University.
Mr. Ramana has served as Honorary Head of Economic & Protocol matters of the Consulate of the Republic of Gabon in New Delhi. He is widely traveled and has attended several conferences/concaves organized by CII/FICCI etc.

| Mr. Mohd Abdul Rub - CEO - INFRA is an Engineer and having 20 years of rich experience in deployment of Telecom & Power projects, in India and overseas, worked abroad 11years and working in India since 9 years.At Overseas he was associated with Nesco for the deployment of Projects for Ministry of PTT, AT&T & Lucent Technologies. In India he was associated with TATA Lucent Technologies & Lucent Technologies as a GM, ICOMM Tele Ltd as a Sr VP, C&C Construction as a Executive Director and BS TransComm Ltd as a Chief Operating Officer and deployed successfully several Projects all over India for TATA Tele services, Hughes Telecom, Reliance, MTNL, BSNL, & for Telecom Giants. He has also deployed Power transmission and distribution projects for PGCIL & SEB’s. During his period of 20 years of service he has Received many appreciation & Awards. Some of them are: Award of “Thanks & Appreciation” Ministry of KSA; Appreciation from AT&T & Ministry of PTT Alhassa District for the good work; Applause awards from Nesco Telephones KSA and an award from Lucent Technologies. |
| Mr. N. Venkat Reddy – President - is with more than 24 years of diversified rich experience in Cement & Electrical Infrastructure in India & overseas. He has been awarded with a Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of electrical and electronics in the year 1987.
He has strong conceptual and realistic knowledge in the area of Cement and power projects. He was associated in india with Sagar Cements, Priya Cements, NCL Industries, ICSA (INDIA) LIMITED, Bharathi Cements, Ramky Infrastructure Ltd and in abroad Kuwait Cement Company, Libian Cement Company in the various capacities. He has received so many awards & applause for his exertion in the previous companies.

| Mr. Sushil Tiwari - Business Head (Automation and Metering) - A Postgraduate in Electronics Engineering, with a decade and half rich experience in meters industry and another 5 years exposure in development of embedded products. He was associated with QRG Group Company - TTL Ltd. ( Havell’s ) Ghaziabad as CEO V.P. (R&D) lighting Division. He is having wide exposure in DSP/Micro controller/ Micro Processor and handled R&D in TTL, Duke Arnics and Crompton Greaves Schlumberger as well. His career graph includes developing PCBs & hardware design /Plastic enclosure etc . Development of manufacturing guidelines for DESIGN in Electronic Manufacturing Services is a feather in his profession cap. He has developed Automatic Testing Eqpt. for automatic testing of various products like Meters/Motors. He was one of the promoters and Managing Director for Metercom Technology Center Pvt. ltd. He is having core Experience in Embedded Products like telegraph tester, elevator controller, drives , power supply adaptors , Industrial Switch Gear products like Power Factor Controllers, ATS Controller, Panel meters, energy Management products. Clientele, Vendor and Supplier care/support are his additional forte. He has mastered prompt and effective launching of products. |
| Mr. V. Ravi Jatavallabha – Head –Corporate Strategy & Planning - comes with 12 years of experience in handling Finance & Strategy. During his career he handled assignments in various areas like Corporate Strategy and Planning, Venture Capital, Private equity, Investment advisory in sectors like Technology, Agrochemicals, Infrastructure and Telecom in India, Manila, Singapore and Dubai. He co-founded and managed a telecom technology start-up for 4 years before joining ICSA. He has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. |
| Mr.Ravindranath Reddy – Vice President-Finance and Accounts - A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of rich and extensive experience, across diverse industries, encompassing all aspects of Finance, Accounts & Corporate planning. He has worked in major Corporate like, GTN Textiles, Hyderabad Allwyn, Krebs Bio chemicals and TMI Network. A strategic planner and keen analyst with ability in improving operations and enhancing business growth through achievements in finance management and internal controls. |
| Dr. Tholada V.S.Prasad – Vice President – (Operations – Corporate Group) basically an academician, a researcher and a trainer. An Administrator with wonderful administrative and managerial capabilities, self motivating team motivator, sharp public relations, professional strategist – personify Dr.Tholada.
With a triple post graduation in Economics, Public Administration and Political Science with a Doctorate in Urban Management, Dr.Tholada has 21 years of a rich experience and panoptic exposure – having served/associated in/with various prime international and domestic organizations such as UNDP, AAU, EIM, SIG, AU, MOE,IIPA, IIAS ….
Budget Overseeing, Setting Goals and deadlines to the key functionaries, Operational Strategies and Administration, gearing up production to the market requirements, Beefing up production strategies, Quality assurance, and above all committed to commitments of the business development wing and Submission of MIS and Market presentation technicalities are his forte.
In a short span of three years with the organization, he could scale down the cost of production by 18.7%. Brand development, market identified and appreciated quality, adhering to the committed time schedules, building up a strong operational team are some of the feathers in his ICSA cap.

| Mr. V.S.Jayaraman - Sr. General Manager – (Purchase, Stores & Logistics) - INFRA Division , comes with a rich experience of over 35 years. He served both in India & abroad in an array of industries and varied functions. His foundation in SMC which includes Purchase, Stores and Materials Mgmt. & Logistics. He has served in various industries which includes Sugar , Textile & Heavy Chemicals, Steels , Ceramics, Transmission & Distribution & Construction etc. , . His valuable insights, inputs & diverse knowledge in project planning, execution, strategy, finance and proactive involvement in all the project related affairs including facilitation of industrial licensing, finance and loan syndication, overseas collaborations, public issue matters and general administration led to his undertaking roles as a profit center head. During his capacity as the Group Vice President in Ritesh Group of Companies he has taken complete charge of setting-up the textile manufacturing units end to end and also handled 3 public issues .
During his overseas assignment as the Group General Manager for Seven Seas LLC Group, Oman he is associated with His Highness, a Royal Family member. He was also an executive committee member and Director on the boards of many large & listed enterprises in Oman and UAE for various industries like Oil Fields & Petrochemicals, Telecommunications, Infrastructure Development, Seafood, Nursery & Horticulture, Educational Institutions, Exports, FMCG, Travel & Tourism (Qatar & Emirates Airlines), Real Estate, Construction & Property Mgmt., Capital Funds & Banking and also Software Development & IT Consulting. He has been an integral part of the prestigious Grand Mosque Construction in Muscat, Oman. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Diploma in Business Management and an MBA.

Rao - GM HR -Technology, Prior to joining ICSA in 2007, he was with organizations like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd, Widia (India) Limited, (Present, Sandvik Asia Limited) and VBC Ferro alloys Ltd where he made key contributions to many HR and OD interventions. He has handled all areas in HR, and has a special interest in Strategic Human Resource management. And Leadership Capability Development. During his time KSRAO handled the entire gamut of HR & IR responsibilities while with the Dr.Reddy’s, Widia and VBC Ferro alloys. KSRAO is Postgraduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Andhra University. A recipient of Gold medal for his academic excellence in Postgraduation. |
| Mr.K.Arun Kumar – DGM (Company Secretary & Corporate Legal) is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi with 9 Years of post qualification experience. He was earlier associated with Companies like Bakelite Hylam Limited, VBC Ferro Alloys Limited, National Standard (India) Limited & Avineon India whereat he was actively involved in Secretarial & Legal functions. At ICSA he is currently handling the Secretarial & Legal functions. |
