Mr. G.Vinaya Kumar BE(Hons), MIE, is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of the company. He is a graduate Engineer in Electrical discipline from Andhra University, Visakapatnam. He worked in AP State Electricity Board for more than 40 years at various levels, his last position being Director-Operations in Central Power Distribution Company, Hyderabad which handled 50 lakh consumers with annual turnover of more than 4000 crores. He is an expert in metering, billing and revenue matters. Extensively toured in and outside the country, he is popularly referred as “Father of Energy Audit” as he was responsible in bringing energy audit to its present status of functionality. He worked in APGENCO as Officer on special duty (Commercial & IT). He is also a visiting faculty to several institutions like ESCI, ASCI, and CTI CPTI etc.

Mr. T.V. Ramana is the Resident Advisor of the company and is responsible for developing new business opportunities and strategic planning. He is a graduate in Economics from Delhi University with three decades of experience in the field of public relations, business development and government liaison. Initially, he worked in Birla Group of companies and later he moved to ESCORT. He was also associated with subsidiary companies like Rolls Royce and Agip.

Mr . M.Sambasiva Rao – Head-R&D(Power) ) is a   Graduate in Electronics and Communications engineering from JNT University with 21 years of experience in R&D Electronics, Telecommunications, control Instrumentation, embedded, power electronics and   RF/Digital Microwave Radio Systems. He worked as a Vice President-R&D in  Havells Group, Power ONE Data(US based), ARM LTD, Avantel Softtech Ltd and as a CEO for United Telecoms Ltd. He also served in Public sector, Instrumentation Ltd.,Kota,India and worked around 2 Years in IGIL,Nigeria. Some of his innovations are 1KW RF Power Amplifier, OQPSK/DQPSK Modems, DSP Filters (FIR&IIR), Trivector Energy Meters, AMR solutions(PLCC,RS422/485/232, GSM/GPRS,RF), Distribution Automation, PLC, indigenized DWDM(5 th innovation in the world), 2GC Radio, Mux, DSL Modems, STM etc. and also worked as a technical architect and advisor for various reputed organizations.

Dr. Srinivasulu T – Head-R&D(Oil & Gas) is a PhD (Engineering) from Kyushu University, JAPAN, M.Tech (E&I), B.Tech (ECE), DCPA, with rich experience in Research and Development. Received Japanese Gold Medal for his outstanding research contributions in the field of Embedded Real Time Systems. He was a researcher at IIT, Khargapur for one year, before leaving to Japan. Prior joining to ICSA, he undertook prestigious duties as Sr. Scientist & Head of the Department in R & D at National Institute of Rock Mechanics, (A Government of India Research Institute). He has around two decades of industrial research experience and expertise in development of innovative embedded systems for several industrial applications like mining, oil and gas. He received patents on his innovative embedded systems and successfully commercialized. He received numerous international fellowships and visited several countries for attending scientific meetings, chairing technical sessions, delivering invited talks and discussions on collaborative research and was a visiting researcher to Kyushu University, Japan. He received several international and national honors and distinctions Received best paper award on Embedded Real Time System Applications. He was a joint secretary to instrument society of India from 2000-2002. He is a member of many professional and scientific bodies like IEEE, ISOI, IRMTT, MGMI, and so on. His areas of research are embedded real time systems, mobile data communication systems, Protocols, and long range radios. He produced around 100 publications in international journals and conferences on various innovative developments. He completed several technical diplomas /courses on embedded technology from IISc Bangalore and CEDT. He completed special course on IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) from National Resources Development Corporation. He is an Editorial committee member of ‘CONCORD’ INDO-JAPAN scientific news bulletin and Technical reviewer of ‘International Journal of Measurements’ of Elsevier publications, UK. Presently, he is working on development of various innovative field compatible embedded solutions to oil and gas applications. He is involved in development of innovative iCAP system for pipeline applications.

Mr. V. Ravi Jatavallabha – AGM –Corporate Strategy & Planning, comes with 11 years of experience in handling Finance & Strategy. During his career he handled assignments in various areas like Corporate Strategy and Planning, Venture Capital, Private equity, Investment advisory in sectors like Technology, Agrochemicals, Infrastructure and Telecom in India, Manila, Singapore and Dubai. He co-founded and managed a telecom technology start-up for 4 years before joining ICSA. He has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila.

Mr. N.V.R. Srinivas - Head Production is a B.Tech (Electronics & Communication) with two and half decades of f experience in electrical and instrumentation fields at senior levels such as Deputy General Manager. He is involved for the production, testing, engineering and quality assurance. He handled various projects as process control and automation in charge from concepts to commissioning. He is having good exposure to various quality systems and acted as management representative and environmental management representative and instrumental in implementing quality systems in his previous systems.

Mr.K.Srinivasa Rao leads the Human Resources function, Prior to joining ICSA in 2007, he was with organizations like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd, Widia (India) Limited, (Present, Sandvik Asia Limited) and VBC Ferro alloys Ltd where he made key contributions to many HR and OD interventions. He has handled all areas in HR, and has a special interest in Strategic Human Resource management. And Leadership Capability Development. During his time KSRAO handled the entire gamut of HR & IR responsibilities while with the Dr.Reddy’s, Widia and VBC Ferro alloys.
KSRAO is Post graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Andhra University. A recipient of Gold medal for his academic excellence in Post graduation.

Mr. Ch. Kodanda Ram Reddy is working as a GM (HR)-Projects. He is a postgraduate in art and additional qualifications of LLB. PG Diploma in industrial relations and personnel management. He is having around three decades of experience in Hr, Ir and Administration. He is having expertise in negotiation with unions, entering into wage agreements, handling of disciplinary proceedings, representing the management in labour/high courts in matter pertaining to employees and so on. In addition, he is having good exposure on recruitment, training, career planning, performance appraisals and compensation and benefits etc. His special interest on team building, motivation, welfare activities, and work culture.

Mr.K.Arun Kumar – Company Secretary & Legal, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi with 5 Years of post qualification experience. He was earlier associated with Companies like Bakelite Hylam Limited, VBC Ferro Alloys Limited, National Standard (India) Limited & Avineon India whereat he was actively involved in Secretarial & Legal functions. At ICSA he is currently handling the Secretarial & Legal functions.
